I’ve always enjoyed working alongside a wide variety of people, and fieldwork enables me to do just that.  About 15 years ago, I started telephone interviewing part-time, and since then I’ve worked as a supervisor and centre manager.  Moving into field management, I learned about the broader potential of face-to-face interviewing and testing.  I believe in a well-motivated, professional field force, that takes a pride in producing high quality, accurate work.
